Q.  What happens if I am not pleased with my results from Email Security Solutions' anti-spam program?

A.  Memberships can be canceled at any time by sending us a message requesting cancellation, or by merely contacting our credit card processor with a cancellation request.  Cancellations can also be made by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of our "Join Page".  There are no conditions or strings attached.  

Q.  Why should I join this service when I can purchase an anti-spam program for about $30.00-$100.00?

A.  It is really a question of how you choose to spend your time, and how much you feel your time is worth.  Many of these programs may appear less expensive at first glance, but they will cost you much more as you begin to use them as instructed.  Most software programs require a moderate level of technical knowledge, and a significant time commitment of more than 1 hour each week from the user to operate successfully, regardless of the results they achieve.  If you value your time at a modest $15.00 per hour, for example, the actual cost of doing anti-spam work becomes painfully obvious.  With our system however, just install it, do little else except use your email normally, and it will cost you less than 14 cents.  Each time you open your email and find no spam, you will be glad you joined!   

Q.  What should I do if I join, but begin to receive spam again?

Q.  How will my privacy be maintained?
